The Digital Investment Facility (DIF) connects investors to Africa’s digital infrastructure projects. DIF is a key component of the joint European initiative on Data Governance in Africa, aimed at supporting the growth of Africa’s sustainable digital economy. Operating from early design to contract closure, DIF acts as a facilitator, validator, and matchmaker, connecting investors with viable digital infrastructure - data centre and IXP - projects across the continent.
