Refund Policy

All delegate cancellations will be subject to a £50 administration fee, up to and including 24 April 2026. Should a booking be reduced from a Two Day Pass to a One Day Pass, delegate will be subject to a £25 administration fee, up to and including 24 April 2026.  There will be no refund of delegate fees for any cancellations after this date. However delegates can be substituted at any time.
