With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business strategy, Barry Hatfield leads complex digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable enterprise value. He has successfully driven large-scale, multinational IT transformations—enabling modern data, AI, and cloud architectures across diverse industries.

Barry’s expertise spans hybrid and multi-cloud environments, DevSecOps practices, and enterprise delivery frameworks. He combines deep technical acumen with strong capabilities in strategic portfolio management, change enablement, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring solutions are not just delivered but fully adopted and sustained.

Barry has established RPA and AI Centers of Excellence and holds credentials as a Chartered CIO, with certifications in Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Agile Practice.

He serves on the CIO accreditation panel for the Institute of Chartered IT Professionals (ICITP) and is a member of ISACA, the Association of Enterprise Architects, and the Association of Change Management Professionals.
