Biography

Milan Radia is CEO of ConnectedCompute, a digital infrastructure advisory and execution firm based in the UAE, and a Senior Partner at Taranis Capital. He has over 30 years of global experience spanning asset management, data centres, digital infrastructure, capital markets, hyperscale deployment, and sovereign-level execution. Milan began his career in 1993 as an equity fund manager at Prudential Portfolio Managers in London, managing several high-profile unit trust funds with a total value in excess of £350m. In 1999, Milan joined UBS Warburg in London, specialising in internet and digital infrastructure within the technology equities division. Over the following 17 years at UBS, Bridgewell Securities, and Jefferies, he was involved in many of the data centre sector’s landmark IPOs and M&A transactions. From 2017 onwards, Milan held senior leadership roles at (1) Interxion, Europe’s largest data centre operator (now part of Digital Realty), reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for strategic and operational execution across Africa and several other markets; and (2) DAMAC Data Centres, where he was Senior Vice President of Data Centres reporting directly to the Chairman of DAMAC. ConnectedCompute was founded in 2023 and is presently engaged on several major data centre projects spanning three continents.
