Biography

Nomzamo Xaba was born and raised in Katlehong, east of Johannesburg. She studied at the University of Johannesburg where she completed a BCom Accounting Degree.

Starting in 2006, Nomzamo has worked in the field of economic transformation, focus her efforts on research and ownership transaction structuring for multinationals seeking to invest in South Africa.

Nomzamo is a Professional Business Coach using the International Coaching Federation Framework. She currently leads the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Program for Amazon’s Sales and Marketing and Infrastructure Operations entities in South Africa. She leads a team dedicated to leading Amazon’s contribution to the economic transformation of South Africa.
