Phil is the Operations Director at Global Commissioning and a key member of the senior leadership team. With extensive experience in commissioning critical infrastructure across international markets, Phil oversees Global’s operational delivery worldwide. He also leads the company’s operations in South Africa and is passionate about driving local engagement and nurturing regional talent. At Pan South Africa, Phil is looking forward to connecting with both new and familiar faces; clients, colleagues, and industry partners alike, and sharing insights on the vital role of construction and electrical safety in data centre development.
