Biography

Richard Doyle, the Managing Director of JUWI South Africa, is an accomplished engineer and physicist with a rich background spanning over two decades in global leadership, innovation, and business development within the realm of large-scale renewable energy and independent power production. Prior to his tenure at JUWI, Richard played a pivotal role in pioneering power purchase agreements for independent power producers. Throughout his career, he has occupied various executive and non-executive director roles, including positions at prominent organizations such as the South African Solar PV Association, Wits Enterprise, UJInVent, and the Council of the Tshwane University of Technology. Richard has a MSc in Applied Science in Materials Engineering and a PhD in Physics.
