Biography

Steve Burke is a strategic leader in AI, automation, and digital transformation, with a career spanning military command, defence digitization, and large-scale corporate transformation.

As founder of the DigiBlu Group in South Africa and the UK, he spent over a decade building pioneering digital workforces and Automation-as-a-Service solutions, serving clients across Africa, Europe, and North America. Now, as the executive leading IQX Automation, Steve helps organisations reinvent how people, bots, and AI agents work together to deliver step-change performance and growth.

Earlier roles include leading digital ventures for Royal & SunAlliance in the UK and integrating Barclays’ acquisition of Absa. He began his career as a Major in the British Parachute Regiment and owns the Armoury Boxing Club in Cape Town.
