Biography

Tolu holds years of experience in corporate finance, capital raising, and M&A, with a focus on energy and digital infrastructure across Africa. She has structured and managed multiple transactions, spanning both traditional energy infrastructure and emerging digital infrastructure, including data centres and associated power solutions.

Tolu has held senior roles across leading financial institutions, managing corporate and project finance transactions across the power and energy sectors. Most recently, she was with a global bank providing project finance lending into data centres across Europe and the Middle East.

With a blend of financial expertise and technical literacy, Tolu brings a distinctive perspective to digital infrastructure investment in Africa.
