Biography

Adv. Mtho Xulu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at UNISA. His areas of specialization include Commercial Law and Corporate Governance. After completing his LLB degree, Adv. Xulu was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2011.

 

As a National Business leader, He is the current President of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA) and Chairman of the BRICS Business Council Trade and Investments Working Group. He previously served on the B20 (South Africa) Business Advisory Council, Board of the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) and Board Business Unity South Africa
