Biography

Neels van Niekerk is an Executive Director at EQUATE and a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor. Neels has nineteen years’ experience working alongside industry leaders in the built environment, but specialising in the commercial aspects of Data Centre construction and has been involved in Data Centre projects across five continents, majority of them having been constructed in Africa. Neels enjoys providing sensible commercial advice to his clients adding meaningful value to their investments, whilst managing costs alongside EQUATE’s dedicated team of QS’s from start to completion of a project. He is currently involved in several Data Centre projects across Africa and aspires to drive and grow EQUATE to become a leader in the Data Centre construction industry!
