Biography

Allyson sits on the AWS Global Public Policy – Economic Development team and focuses on workforce development.  She builds global workforce development programs for the cloud infrastructure community.  Her work focuses on programs that solve business and talent challenges for AWS while also benefitting infrastructure communities.  Allyson also conceptualized and program managed Amazon’s Welcome Door Refugee Hiring Program as a way to help refugees find employment and fill in-demand roles at Amazon and AWS.
