Master’s degree in Energy Engineering at the University of Padua and Executive Course “JOB LEADER INNOVATION MANAGEMENT and R&D” at CUOA Business School. Matteo has been working in HiRef S.p.A. since 2010. Over ten years of professional and social growth which have shaped my career, life and personality. He manages and supervises a team of trusted co-workers, the realization of standard projects and, when required, the creation of a product that is unique and customized, strongly focused on customer’s needs, which is delivered after being tested on site. Having established strong relations with numerous contacts and end users, has led him to travel across Europe and worldwide.
