Biography

With over 25 years in the digital infrastructure, data centre, and IT sectors, Mike Meyer is an accomplished entrepreneur, director, executive, non-executive and board member. He has held senior leadership roles across PE-backed businesses, high-growth startups, and global corporations, bringing expertise in growth, diversification, scaling operations, M&A, and strategic leadership.

Mike is currently the CEO/Managing Director, and owner, at Portman Partners, specializing in executive search for the digital infrastructure sector, Executive Board Member for the Data Centre Alliance, on the Advisor Council for Infrastructure Masons a global, nonprofit, professional association of individuals connected and empowered to build a greater digital future for all and a Non-Executive director at Flint DC, a Portman businesses, and the One Eighty Group.

Mike has successfully built and exited businesses in the data centre space and played a key role in expanding a UK data centre services company to 16 countries, supporting a blue-chip FTSE 100 client base.

As a Non-Executive Director, Mike provides strategic governance, commercial insight, and talent development expertise to organizations in the data centre, cloud, and technology industries. His global experience across Europe, North America, APAC, Africa, and the Middle East makes him an asset to businesses seeking international growth and operational excellence.
